You need a valid driver’s license, a passport or ID, and a credit or debit card in your name. If you're from outside the EU, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may also be required.

What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 23 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Can I pick up the car at the airport or hotel?
Yes! We offer free delivery and pick-up at major airports and within city limits. Please mention your location during the booking process.

Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, basic insurance is included. You can also add Full Coverage Insurance (Zero Excess) for extra protection during booking.

What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may be subject to extra charges. Please contact us in advance if you're delayed, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I drive the rental car outside of Greece?
No. Cross-border travel is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing before pickup.

Are there any mileage limits?
Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage. Any exceptions will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, an additional driver can be added free of charge. All drivers must meet the same age and license requirements.
